Not much of a help request but an idea

I understand you are using vBulletin. Well, there are some forum websites that are FREE like InvisionFree and phpbb3now.com and you can customize the pictures and the theme and everything. They are a bit less confusing. I am not saying you have to switch, but you can look at replies to YOUR posts instead of just new posts. I only put this here because I couldn't find anywhere else to put it.

Before I launched the forum, I did do some research on the pros & cons VB vs the free forum software.

Phpbb requires scripting knowledge & experience with php. I have no such experience. :no: Managing this forum is at the boundary of my comfort level & experience…so I especially appreciate the knowledgebase & fast help VB offers.

I read that forum managers often start with phpbb because it is free, but end up upgrading to VB once the forum gets large. I also wanted to avoid that headache…and was being optimistic that that forum would become huge! :biggrin2:
