I'm not sure if I can post this on here - Kelly please let me know if it needs to be moved. I'm cross posting this from a friend on myspace, please read and help out if you can. Thanks!
The Sheltie Rescue Auction for 2008 is now up and running on ebay. The holidays are coming and there will be some real gems scattered throughout the list. Some of these include a gold pin from Virginia Perry Gardiner and numerous signed and numbered prints including "Windswept", the highly valued print of a sheltie family on a barren Shetland hilltop. We also have two Marcia Van Wort prints and a framed Jeanne McNally print plus many other things that would make great gifts for the holidays.
Your breed rescues have been extremely busy this year as the economy and foreclosures are now added to why dogs are given up. I hope everyone reading this is not in one of those sad situations. Instead we hope you are all able to bid on (and win) objects you would like to have. Normally I would decry such consumerism but not this year.
Becky Eassey hopes to list things daily since we got such a late start while we tried to work out some things with ebay. The new URL is
http://shop.ebay.com/merchant/sheltierescue
Please stop by and browse and do cross-post to other groups and your own club's mailing lists. Toss in puppy buyers too. Help save the innocent sheltie caught in a bad situation.
