My very first sheltie was a bi-black. She was the best dog I ever had and I know I couldn't have survived without her, during some really bad times. I'm now on my 6th sheltie, but I haven't let myself buy another bi-black. I'm afraid that I would expect too much from a dog that looked just like her. Bi-blacks are my favorite color of sheltie, though. Hope yours are very special too.

Our current furkids are Meadow 5 and Reno 3. They are my constant companions and love the daycare kids, lots of kisses and sniffs. Meadow is our challenging one as she has issues with barrier aggression. This keeps me ever vigilant. She is a very loving dog otherwise and we love her to bits. Reno is the guard dog and lets us know when there is a stranger around. He is my lap dog, loves to cuddle. Their biggest joy is going to our local off leash park and running and running and running. They have a big brother Shilo, a Siberian Husky who is 10 and he tries to keep them in line.
I am married with 2 grown children and 2 wonderful grandsons, ages 1 and 4
