Note: I believe this dog is a senior. If my memory proves me correctly, she will be 16 in June.

Gracee was about 13 in that photo, she is turning 16 next month and while she does have some health issues she is doing well. I take her on long walks no problem! She still bounds up stairs, and keeps up with the rest of us.

She has a new step sister now, Skyviews Sweet Temptatin (Candy) is a Bi Blue Merle, 5 years old. Candy has taken the role of "alert dog", since Gracee is hard of hearing she takes cues from Candy. No more getting clear into the house and walking up to a sleeping Gracee!

    And...Thanks

Thanks Mally's Mom, Danny's Mom and Rose. All Shelties are beautiful, especially Seniors. With a little luck, love and good care some are lucky enough to live a long time. Our last dog lived to over 17 and was a Shepherd/Husky mix about 65 pounds.

I enjoy this site and look at the new photos every day!
