Default Attention for Chicago area

sheltie 6-8 years old found running Chicago streets. So far no one seems to be looking but spread the word. Boy is presently at CISR

Poor guy. He looks scared to death plus so dirty. I see so many stray shelties on the web. I just find it so hard to believe nobody is looking for them. I think things will just get better for this little guy. Wonder how they caught him?

police got him. He was kept by them? for 10 days and now released to CISR because no one came forward. I do not see many dogs in our area running stray. I see more darn coyotes which is scary because we live in city suburb!!!!
I think initial name they were giving to the pup was Sarge, but then they changed to Sherman. Sherman looks well bred to me, now he is fully vetted and neutered bet his life will begin. He reminds me a bit of Mr Leo of course Mr Leo does not know how to be scared
