Was just wondering, is it certain this time that he was removed from the shelter by a rescue group? I've been thinking of this little guy because he looks so like my parent's sheltie Milo.

The last email that I got from St. Clairsville, they said that there was no shortage of people interested in Moe and that he would get a good home. That being said, there is always the possibility that he is in sheltie rescue.
