It has a flat comb between the "crown" portion, and I just pushed that into the fuzz between her ears. The comb teeth were close enough together, and Olive has enough fuzz, that the tiara held on fairly well even through some head-shaking. Hair clips would probably work, too.

Ok, that second picture with the pupcake needs to be framed! I love how her chin is down on the table waiting to eat her pupcake!
