Hello My Sheltie Nation Friends!
My Shelite Frankie has always had a little bit of sinus congestion in the spring -but he has - like me - now developed it in the winter too which makes me think he might have an allergy to mold or something being kicked up by the constant swing in temperature. Anyway, during this last terrible blizzard we lost our power and heat and I noticed his congestion/nose breathing was really worsened - and his snout might have been a little swollen. It is better now but still I can still hear some stuffiness. I was using Spring Tonic liquid remedy but someone recently suggested Homeopet Nose Relief Solution. I was wondering if anyone has used this and what the results were? It is all natural and doesn't have the alcohol that the Spring Tonic has. Any feedback or suggestions would be so appreciated. ![]() Thank you! |

I think a humidifier will do much more than any homeopathic thing will. I know that when it's really dry, I get congested. Those little Vicks hot water humidifiers are awesome. My dogs stand right in front of them to breath the moist air.

I am using a warm air humidifier - my cool air one broke and it is being replaced - but it is not working or enough. We will go to the vet this week but in the meantime, does anyone suggest the Homeopet remedy Nose Solution? I give Frankie Spring Tonic but that only seems to help a little bit. I don't like to hear him be so stuffy and struggle to breath in through his nose!
