So glad to hear she came through her dentistry okay. I'm in the same boat right now. Rhiannon needs her teeth done but she had a really hard time coming out of it last time. Fortuanately we had fluids on her so we could flush her but now she is coming up to 12 and it's pretty scarey thinking about doing it again. I'm sure Emma is feeling a bit better now that those darn teeth are taken care of.

Hugs! I'm glad it went well!

I was at the vet yesterday reviewing Bacca's bloodwork for his hypo and liver.

His teeth are starting to go, as is common with Shelties, but the vet reminded me that with his liver condition this kind of dental surgery is just not an option for him.

So I now have to be super diligent about the teeth brushing, scaling, etc.

Glad to hear she's okay! As for the smile, it will still be cute, just less tooth-y!

Thanks for sharing your experience, my own little girl has some spotting on her teeth that has me worried. Best wishes to you & Emma!
