He is a VERY cute little boy! There is a bundle of fun and mischief in that adorable little face!

Thank you so much everyone

I am so happy with him. He is so full of life, and has been such a pleasure so far. He has been so easy so far, I can't imagine what he will be like once he is older. I have so missed the joy of having a sheltie in my life, words can't describe what it is like to have this little fluff ball in the house again.

As I said, he is very social...even caught the little stinker snooping on facebook the other night...tisk tisk

A few short videos of him playing yesterday morning. He is starting to get some more freedom in the house. I usually keep him on the leash when he is inside so he can't wander from me, and have an accident. However, I am extending his playtimes without it a bit more now.

Honestly, I don't think I can stand this level of cuteness without wanting a puppy for myself!!!

Joey is just to-die-for cute and that fuzzy fluffy puppy look - oh boy. Thanks for sharing pictures and video. You are going to have so much fun with him.

SO CUTE!

Especially love the Harry Potter-ish lighting bolt white mark on his head. Buffy has a pencil one but we like to mess it up so she looks all scruffy.

Joey you are one of most striking shelties. Love your face, love what your coloring will be, his coat is going to more gorgeous then it is now. His markings are really flashy. I love the shape of his body.

Your lucky you live far away from me, or I would be in your backyard.

ADORABLE!!!

Thank you again everyone.

Joey had a big day today...vet!

I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised by how Joey was, I don't think he met a stranger all day LOL. He was literally jumping in people's laps, and trying to give them kisses. Ran right up to the vet tech etc(he had absolutely no hesitation walking right in).

Honestly, my last two shelties were not near this outgoing. He is somewhat blowing me away in that area.

They were also nervous pee'ers(when meeting new people)....he didn't have any accidents inside the office...peed the moment I took him outside to leave.

He is 5.5 lbs big boy

I knew this when I got him, but he DOES have a hernia. So we will be repairing that when he gets neutered in due time. It is a decent sized one, but they didn't seem too overly concerned.

Anyway, two pictures from today. The first one was right before we left on our road trip(he was great in the car), and the second one was on the way home...he was exhausted from meeting all his friends and getting his vaccines LOL!

Did I mention I love this dog? He just makes me smile!

ETA: I am still trying to decide if I am going to try and do his ears or not...I never really had great luck with my Collie. His right ear looks like it might want to start going up a bit....ideas?
