Can a boy dog be a diva

Rainy day here in Philly, not so bad for me, but, for the beautiful Beau oh my, he does not like to go out in the rain. Beau says,"Rain drops messes my hair momma," he would rather just pee on a tree and run back in the house

Yep, my boy Neechee was a total and complete diva. He simply refused to do anything outside in the rain until forced to do so by hydraulic pressure. He also hated for the wind to blow his fur the wrong way, and just looked disgusted every time I laughed at him for trying to walk face-to-the-wind when we were headed WITH the wind - sort of a take-two-steps then look behind you kind of thing.

don't know about being a diva but Cosmo is pretty vain, especially just after a good grooming.
