FOUND Sheltie In Minn. ~ as a result of a poster searching for another lost Sheltie!

Good News! All of the flyer work in the Blaine/Coon Rapids area paid off, and someone walking their dogs this morning was able to herd a lost sheltie into a fenced yard and knew who to call from a flyer they received. We have verified that this dog is not Sunny. This Sheltie also does not appear to match any of the lost Shelties posted on the Minnesota Sheltie Rescue Lost/Found website page. This Sheltie is very matted and very thin, but was seen by the vet today and so far is doing well considering it has likely been out on its own for some time. If anyone knows of an owner looking for a lost Sheltie, the owner may contact mnsheltierescue@aol.com. We will ask for proof of ownership and a picture to verify the ownership, to ensure the dog returns to its rightful owner.
