Default Course on dog reproduction

Not sure if people are aware of a venture called Coursera - which provides online courses in affiliation with universities from around the world. Currently the courses are free.

There's a course on dog reproductive health starting in May that might be of interest to some people.
Canine Theriogenology for Dog Enthusiasts - Margaret V. Root (University of Minnesota) This course will help anyone who loves dogs to better understand their dog’s reproductive health and how to control its reproduction. This includes understanding the pros and cons of having your dog spayed or castrated, and understanding at what age that surgery can be performed.
There's also a subject on wild animal behaviour that was recommended to me, which starts in August.
It's really easy to sign up for a course - best of all, free, free, free.

I'm signed up for the genetics course this spring. Should be fun.

I didn't have a clue about this place until I read your post. Thanks! Signed up for that course and may sign up for the one about animal behavior.

I learned about canine reproduction(Theriogenology) from Dr. Root at the U of M in vet school. She is great and world reknown.

I am sure it will be a great course for everyone. I am interested to hesr her views on spay/neuter since this is a new topic/conceen since I was in school.
