My 3 year old has problems sitting and getting up if she's sitting or laying down, her back end only. She also paces a lot and wants to be outside ALL the time. She lays in the snow. She is fed orijen adult food. She has been to the vet twice and has done about $500 worth of tests with no results. She was put on steroids and they help but she's not herself. She's also on omega 3 supplements. I'd just love to hear what you guys have to say. Thanks for your time.

The first thing that I can say... is get a second opinion from another vet.
You can try to give her an over the counter joint supplement and see if that would help. Drs Foster & Smith has several... I would look for something that has both glucosamine and MSM in the ingredient label. http://www.drsfostersmith.com/dog-su...s/c/3307/11248 |

I would take her to an orthopedic specialist. Yes, it can be expensive but they really are much better at finding little things (of course that's a generalization, but in my experience it's been worth it to see a specialist).
