Default Thanksgiving

This is the second Thanksgiving without my beloved Sheltiboy.

Every Thanksgiving, I used to give him a little pumpkin pie crust, and let him lick a little whipping cream off of my fingers.

This year, I took a piece of pie crust, wrapped it in a ziploc bag, and put it in his memorial. I did the same thing last year.

It's still really hard. I miss him so much...

So sorry you still feel his loss so sharply. I understand... I still have days where I get really upset over the loss of my childhood Sheltie, Specs, and she died 12 years ago.

The holidays can be so hard, can't they? We have such a treasure house of memories.
