Frustration's a good word. Could she be exhibiting that uncontrolled craziness that some adolescent Border Collies show? What else does she do when she does this - does she throw herself around as well? It's just I've seen quite a few adolescent BC at flyball training like this. Sounds like you are doing the right thing and moving her away until she calms down.
