Default I can see her teeth from an angle..

"Teeth visible when mouth is closed" Does it count if you can see them.. But only from an angle when they are above you?

Not usually. Remember -- these are not her adult teeth either. Much growth and mouth changes coming. I remember when Shay was all teeth and he grew into them.
