Adam went to his first conformation shows today. It was a UKC show at Trail Creek DTC in LaPorte, IN. He was the only Vet in shelties and went on for BIS Vet. I show 1 he took Reserve BIS Vet and in show 2 he took BIS Vet!!! I was on cloud 9. We have a long way to go to getting him and I show trained but today's wins were quite sweet. In altered he lost in both shows to a very pretty sheltie girl who has her AltGrCh.

    Congrats!

If a dog is listed with AKC's PAL program can they still be registered with UKC and do the altered conformation classes?

Nope only dogs with a known pedigree can fully registered with UKC. But don't let it stop you from doing performance events!!!
