Default liver treat recipe ?

There was a baked liver treat recipe a while back and I can't find it?

Two of my dogs are allergic to grains but I would like to make some homemade treats. Usually flour or cornmeal is used with the liver. I was thinking of just nuking strips of liver until it got dry and hard. I haven't tried it so it might not work.
