Default Frustrated

I'm getting a little frustrated. I log on and read the new posts. I might comment on the first post I read. Before I get to the last post, I find myself logged out. Is there some very short time limit on this forum? Is it normal to be booted three or four times in half an hour?

This isn't normal. The system shouldn't be logging you out. You might PM Kelly to check on that. She's away at the moment but will be back soon.

I haven't been bumped every few minutes but sometimes if I don't actually do anything for a while, I would get logged out.
something that has worked for me is to have two or three tabs open- one the posts that I haven't read yet, one is the post that I'm reading or replying to and one for Who's Online- that page automatically refreshes every so often so it is seen as activity and I don't usually get logged out.

Thank you for the tip. I tried the 'remember me' box and it seems to be working.
