The whole purpose was for ratings! He provokes dogs to their snapping point to make it look like he fixed this terrible monster that is always out of control, not just a dog that sometimes snaps. Everything on TV has to have so much drama now. I will admit I watched that episode after seeing advertised as Ceasers worse bite yet

See, it makes me sick!
Meanwhile, in the real world the best and most dog trainers DO NOT get bit, they read body language and avoid those methods and rehabilitate dogs as they did long before Cesar ever came along. They use a gentler more productive way!

I am sure Victoria Stilwell didn't get bit a lot in her career, Cesar gets nipped every other episode... and this poor Lab probably had to pay the price. In her confusion who knows how much additional damage she received when she then came under Cesar's care at his centre... makes me ill to think about what these dogs have to endure, they are taught to shut down, learn avoidance and helplessness... in turn they become ticking time bombs... But when they inevitably explode it's the woman's (owners) fault for having weak energy ;)

/end rant (sorry guys)
