Default best day ever

I just got home from Brooksville tonight and I met the nicest sheltie people ever. I meet this incredible lady grooming like 6 dogs and she couldnt have been nicer to me and I asked a couple questions then she actually filled me in on so many things Explained her brushing and grooming, introduced me to some beautiful dogs and the dogs were so well behaved, they were like little angels. Never heard one bark all day long from them, they were so social and allowing me to pet them and one gave me a sheltie kiss, he was a little flirt and I fell for it.
Told about an agility show in Orlando in december and I already marked it on my calendar and really want to be there. Gotta book a room so I can really enjoy myself and not rush or be driving late.
I found these women so down to earth, friendly and they took such wonderful care of their dogs. I had the best time.
I got some tips and a little lesson in brushing them out and which book they liked. One lady was brand new and she told me how scared she was at her first show and now she is hooked and her boy was so loving and sweet. She couldnt have been any kinder.
One lady threw her yellow ribbon and dog toy on the ground, When I told her she dropped it she said she doesnt save yellow ribbons and I think she wasnt happy with her dog toy, that was the only odd thing I saw all day.
My companion now wants a sheltie even more then me he says. I dont believe that. Those dogs their beauty just brought tears to my eyes, I couldnt believe so many were standing in front of me, it was so cool and It is a day to cherish and remember. I feel so blessed just being there with them all. I am hooked for sure.

I can testify that Sheltie boys are definitely the flirty types. My Beau could put George Clooney/Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp to shame with the way he flirts. But, all is good. Glad you had a great day
