Default New to the site

Hi
Thought I would drop a line and introduce myself...I am a sheltie lover (currently have 2.5 shelties) and will be collecting number 3 on the weekend. This year also will see begin to start my own sheltie stud so am very excited to finally be realising this dream. I have had shelties since I was 15 - last my old boy last year to kidney failure

In my menagerie I have a 11year old sheltie x Brittany Spaniel, a 10 year old BC (my parents breed BC's) a 4 year old black tri sheltie bitch and a 5 month old shaded sable bitch. I am picking up a 4 month old black tri male on Saturday (I hope).

I am a dog trainer and compete in agility. I am also currently training my guys in Treibball and hope this year to introduce the two pups to Canine Disc (frisbee) and herding.

Tandy

Welcom! I am pretty new on this forum as well. Sounds like you have a house full of Shelties. You are one lucky person.
I previously owned two Shelties-a tri male and blue merle female. I lost my female by a liver disease and my male 5mos. later to heart failure. He had a heart murmer when I bought him. He did live to be 12 though. I now have a little tri male that will be ll in May. Good luck to you and all your Shelties.
