Default So very heartwarming...

I broke into tears reading this. Thank GOD this sweet little soul finally found love and compassion before leaving this earth. My sisters sheltie looks so similar and had been chained to a fence for five years without proper shelter, food and vet care. She is loved and cherished being with us now.

God will bless all of you who rescue and especially the ones who take in seniors! Thanks for posting... although hard to imagine this happening to any sweet sheltie the outcome was what all of us wish... a loving, caring, devoted home in which to spend those final months and days...

Tears here, too. This reminds me of our beloved elderly Collie, Lassie. In less than 18 months, she touched so many lives!!
