I spent the weekend with Daisy's former foster parents, with my sweet dog. I had a wonderful time. They have three foster-failure shelties, and Daisy, who is kind of a foster failure too....they see her all the time and have accepted me as part of the pack!!!!

Sweet babies. No one should ever call you foster failures - you are foster successes, just not in the way fosters usually work.

How fun :)! I don't blame them for foster failing, they are just all gorgeous dogs that look like they are living the good life. How sweet that you guys became such close friends :).

I say foster-failure with the most respect....some dogs are just hard to let go of...in fact, Daisy was their first dog to ever be adopted out sucessfully... and I see them once a month or so!

I know you did Beth. It is so wonderful to see the "failures" become such a vital part of a family. I wish them well.
