Default Amber had another first.

Now that we have the new six foot high vinyl fence the squirrels can still get into the yard. But they can't jump over the fence from the ground. Amber started to chase one and got her nose on his furry tail. Lucky for him he found a spot where he could squeeze under. I've seen dogs catch squirrels and one or two quick shakes and there done. I guess it breaks there neck.

These shelties are so fast and nimble. Amber is 18" tall which gives her a long and fast stride. Maybe I should get her a cape.

It was not that squirrel's day to die. Just call Amber, "Dirty Hairy."

Shelby does the same to the rabbits. The poor rabbits try to get through the fence but instead crash into it which gives Shelby enough time to catch them. She has never killed one. She just proudly prances around with it in her mouth.
