Default Flax seed oil

I got myself some Flaxseed oil and was wondering if it is okay for Maggie and Zak. Like the salmon in the morning and a little flax at the dinner meal?

Alot of the premium and holistic foods already include this in the ingredients. Check the food you are feeding to see if its already in there.

Flax seed is good for healthy skin, digestion and anti-inflammatory properties. It's also has a fiber content that may be good for heart and cancer prevention. Good source of Omega 3 and Omega 6.

If you're food does not contain this already, then consider switching foods.

If for some reason you cannot switch foods than adding a supplement is definitely an option.

I'm also a fan of salmon in the diet as well - whether in the food itself or through treats/supplements as a secondary measure.
