Well, tomorrow is the BIG DAY!

Baron is going to a canine dentist for a cap for his lower canine tooth. He came to me with this problem and the breeder wanted me to take care of it and he is going to pay for the procedure thank goodness! Estimates are between $700-$900!

The 'pulp' is showing and since that is the case I wanted the procedure to be done sooner than later.

I feel bad for him... I hate dental/doctor appointments myself! The specialist is over an hour away!

I attached a few pictures of the tooth below...

Poor Baron...I hate dentists too but I'm sure he'll feel better afterwards. It's amazing what they can do for dogs now. It's great that the breeder is paying for this costly procedure. Good luck!

Wow, that is one special breeder! Sending pats to Baron for an easy day tomorrow. Let us know how he does!

Oh, poor, poor Baron - I agree such special breeder
Also a little "poor" to you - it is not nice when our animals must be through such things.
I hope everything goes well :fl

Hope all goes well. At least they don't know what a dentist is, unlike us!

That will be interesting, a cap. Don't know any dogs with a cap. Great that the breeder is going to pay for a cap rather than just having an extraction. Over here a cap is a lot, lot more than your estimate, for humans or dogs - I guess that's why I don't know any dogs with caps. Or maybe people are too embarrassed to mention it.

Good luck Baron! Never even knew you could cap a dog's tooth.
