Yes, where I live I am five minutes from the beach, as well as only a short car ride to lots of country walks. So I'm very lucky really.

We have been on the London Eye five years ago, it is wonderful!! Are you close enough to the coast to get to a beach there?

Then you must go on the London Eye! My mum and dad went last year and the views were phenomenal. There are some gorgeous places on the North East coast too, though I am more familiar with the South East. Have a nice time and enjoy all the sights!

Hi, My husband and I will be visiting London in 3 weeks, for the second time!! The first visit was 5 years ago, we cannot wait! We are spending only 7 days there. We are staying near Paddington station and hope to travel to the country and the northeastern coast. We didn't really go out of London much the last time we were there. We are from Harwich, Massachusetts.
