This is my first girl in a long time and she is NOTHING like the boys! Pushy? Oh yeah!
Launches (literally) herself at the cupboards when I’m getting supper ready (hers)…just BADDDDDD!
And the mooching from my mom is unbelievable. My mom says ‘I don’t know why she does that’….duh….maybe it’s because your always feeding her?

Meadow goes ballistic at her feeding time. I do make her sit, but first she has to zoom around the table several times, growling/talking, she is the most impatient dog I've ever had. If we eat in the living room, (sitting on the floor at the coffee table, which BTW is getting old as we age!) she's actually really good, lying down under the table and snuggling against our legs. We have NEVER fed any of them anything from our plates or the table, so they don't expect that.

That is the cutest photo of Miss Blueberry trying her best starving dog routine.....

When Sca was a puppy he would come flying into the kitchen and launch himself sideways about 3' out on the tile. I actually moved his bowl to prevent it. Oh he would also flip the empty bowl and surf it.

He grew up and such behavior was beneath him.

Zulu does the same thing to my mother-in-law. Puts his head on her leg and gives her that "I'm starving to death look".

The one thing Blueberry does that make me very irate is after mooching (when the food is all gone) she’ll go after one of the other dogs. Like a quick sudden attack and I try to either stop it before it happens or if I can’t then correct her. Sometimes it’s too quick…it’s like she’s giving the other dogs heck for being responsible for the food being all gone! Unfortunately both Piper and Finnie are too laid back and they’ve never corrected her! Last night she got mad at Finnie and showed he4 displeasure by biting him (usually she’ll go for the neck…lots of fur) but last night she did it to Finnie and got his ear! Poor guy yelped! I tell Blueberry she has no remorse!
This all has a negative impact on Finnie because then he’s afraid to come to me if Blueberry is near me (especially on the bed). She really rules this house!
