Robbie - your post made me both smile and cry. Take good care of your Mom and Dad and of course they will of you. And if they teach you commands in Gaelic, go for it. It will be your second language. Sorry - third language.

By the way, we do like to see your picture.

 

What a sweet little guy. There are some beautiful dogs available for rescue on the site. I feel so bad for the puppymill rescue's but they seem to be making progress. Praying they all find loving homes soon.

Someday, I plan on giving a Forever Home to a rescued sheltie.

Hey Dawn, two of the puppy mill dogs on the MN Sheltie Rescue site, Rosie and Abbott, came from the same mill in Missouri that Lady did. Poor babies! They are all so precious!!!

Anthropomorphizing......well.........I just absolutely do not know what to say to that.

Giving human characteristics to a non-human creature. Well, I am just flabbergasted.............I am speechless (and if you know me, I am NEVER speechless).

To the skeptics who say, we are "just dogs and have no feelings or soul," I say, "you have never loved one of us then."

What a great story that was. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it is so true.
