Saw this on FB today. DH says he can make one pretty easy! I would think Shelties could use smaller bottles, although since Fillion is very "handsy" I bet he could get that bottle to swing around too.

It occurred to me that if you weighted it down properly, and put enough space between the bottles, two shelties could partake at the same time. That Belgian is a big dog.
