Feeding fish without upset stomachs

my shelties have always had sensitive stomachs; Sadie 12 and CC 7 are no different. How can fresh salmon with skin left from my dinner be added to their meals. I dread their messy butts to clean.

Any seasonings on the leftovers? That may not agree with them. Zulu gets fish often, but if it is cooked, we cook it separately from our food. He loves sardines, no salt, packed in water. They smell awful, but he is hopping the minute he sees the can! We had issues with the messy butt, but once he got on a raw diet, that has totally disappeared.
