Snow storm Saturday, we waited until today Sunday February 18, 2024 to get FERGY and bring him home. Slept about half an hour during the three hour drive. No accidents in the car. Laddie has a very active wind-up toy for a little friend and brother. Wants nothing to do with the enclosure we have for him, should be interesting. Very tiny little fellow but it doesn't slow him down.

Laddie was afraid of him at first. Took a few minutes and it was LIGHTS OUT!!

He's so stinkin' cute! A breeder once told me it's the small Shelties that are usually the pistols...:uhoh:
Was definitely true of my little Ally and now Meadow.

Thank you everyone for the kind remarks. Wife put FERGY in the pen and covered the top with a blanket last night. He slept well. She took him out to pee three times and he pooped once. He woke me up this morning chewing on my fingers.
Yes, he is a roustabout. This little guy has more energy than God should ever give a puppy. He is very alert and inquisitive. Checks out everything. We are sure he is having some "tooth/gum) ache. We have a Vet appointment after lunch and a trip to a local Pet Store to see what little goodies we can find for him to obliterate. I shouldn't say that. Chip chewed and ate everything including fringe on a rug and a 12" length of close line rope before he was home a month. Seeing that rope get dispensed was interesting to say the least. Laddie played with him yesterday evening when we came home. This morning he wasn't too keen on this little wind up toy wanting to do the same all over again.
FERGY loves the snow. I am beginning to think all Shelties like snow and fallen leaves. lol I made him a little coat but I don't think it is going to be necessary. When a whirling dervish like this keeps going there isn't time for coats. Will post some more pictures later.
    Many thanks everyone.

So for minion training Mr Laddie I have some advice. Yes it is easy to consider your minions tail his command lever. Don't do this as he will turn on your tail, your beautiful tail will be no more.

    Trust me,

PS let the minion training begin
