After using this food topper for since Oct. 31, I decided it was time to share with the group that I have had some success. Purchased as yet another Hail Mary to maybe fix Benny, I was shocked to see such an obvious change in Fillion!

The claims: (bolding is mine)
  • WEEK 1
Watch your dog woof their food down with passion. (mine eat raw so always eat with passion LOL)

  • WEEK 2
See improved stools. Less gas and grass eating. (can't tell cuz no grass available right now)

  • WEEK 3
Improved coat, less shedding Reduced allergy symptoms
  • MONTH 3
Achieve weight goals and Increase stamina

  • MONTH 6
Overall improved mood, "zest for life", and reduced anxiety.
Fil's eye was running like a faucet. He was living on claratin and alaway eyedrops. Right around three weeks of using the topper, the faucet turned off. He hasnt taken a pill in two weeks. I know they claim at 6 months, but earlier last week he asked to go for a walk. When we went out he was TROTTING of his own volition. He hasn't trotted for over a year. He started coming in to ask for dinner or to play. Last night he was playing with his sock in the closet. His chiropractor appt was the best one yet said his doc. (She's gonna get some for her Rotties)
The only thing that changed in Fil's life was adding this fermented superfood topper. As always, your mileage may vary! LOL Also, it's hella expensive!

I'm still giving it to Benny in the hopes it might help, but it can't hurt! Maybe it is helping but since he's only 6, I can't see the increase the energy and vitality like I can with an almost 12 yr old riddled with arthritis.

That's absolutely amazing, Margi! I've heard of this but never looked into it. What a good thing to have in your arsenal to try. Thanks for posting the info...I hope it works wonders for Benny too and hooray for Fil!

Wonderful news Margi! That’s great to hear you had so much success with Fil!
If I didn’t already have Piper on so many things I’d consider trying it and everything I’m using seems to be helping. Piper had a flare up of his arthritis 2 weeks ago but it only lasted one day (gave him Meloxiden for 2 days) and I think it’s because of the immune boosting stuff he gets that shortened the duration. We don’t notice how much they slow down until we improve their diet and see the change in them!

Interesting! I had tried Bernie's Perfect Poop when you recommended it and have had the dogs on it for about a year now I think. I really like it. We have no gas, no runs, poop is as noted 'perfect' - great shape, color, consistency all the time, every time. I don't give as much as they recommended, for the boys we add a healthy 'pinch' twice a day which I measured out is somewhat close to about a tsp so they are getting about 2 tsp a day where the recommended amount is 1-2 tbsp per day. Figured I was seeing good, consistent results so why give mre?

How did you run across this? I will look into further. We are getting close to Brodie's follow up u/s to see if there has been any change to his sludge from a few months ago. I added milk thistle only to his previous diet, no other changes, to see if it would make a difference. I'd prefer to do things 1 at a time to be able to evaluate if effective or not.

Can't take credit for the Bernies that was Sharon's find LOL! I also give less-- just give half a dose a day.

I was scrolling thru facebook and saw Dr. Ian Billinghurst's name. He's the father of raw feeding pretty much from back in the day! '90's, 2000--when I started feeding raw. So I clicked on the link. I think Dr. Karen Becker was talking about micro nutrients and fermented stuff a while ago (which is probably why this showed up in my feed) You know I'll try anything to get Benny healthy again LOL. I figgered if this worked I could quit the Bernies--save a little money, since all these treatments are bleeding me dry!
