The ones in front right are California Poppies, the background are Nasturtiums. Not sure the poppies will grow in your area, but Nasturtiums are super easy to grow from seed. The flowers are edible and are used often to decorate plates in restaurants.

They do grow here but only as an annual. I have seen the plants in the nursery but overpriced for a plant that will only grow one season! I have bought the seeds and had success. They’re very pretty!

Believe it or not as cold as our winter’s are summer gets VERY hot here!
