    I have you ever just had her watch while others do the box turn? Maybe hearing the noise and seeing them might help.

    Yep, we've done that a couple times. That's another reason why I think it's not the noise that bothers her. She can stand literally RIGHT next to the box while I have it trigger and the ball pops out and she grabs it/chases it all excited. Not once does she seem worried or nervous about it.
