Well the time is finally here, she is just about 11.5 months old and will be spayed tomorrow. I love my vet and she is a wonderful surgeon. She spayed Brooke, Faith and neutered Eli and none of them ever bothered their incisions. She knows me well and has Meadow first on her surgery list so I won't have too long to wait tomorrow morning to know she is OK.

It's always a worry when they go under so I'll be very relieved when it's all over, then all I need to do is keep her quiet for the 10 days - that will really be a challenge since all 3 dogs love to play.

You are certainly in good hands! I am sure Meadow will be home before you know it! It is hard when your baby is at the vet. Especially when they go under. Keep us posted! Hugs to your baby girl! :hugs

I can’t believe it’s already that time...how’d she grow up so fast!
So glad you have such a good vet, that I’m sure eases your mind a bit although the worry is always there.
Fingers crossed that all goes well!

Sending good thoughts and pats for Meadow. She’ll do fine but you’ll be a wreck of course. That’s how it always works here. Hugs to you, too! :hugs

Can't believe she is ready to spay tomorrow - time sure does fly!!!! Thoughts for you tomorrow as you will be a nervous wreck until your girl is back home with you. Prayers for Meadow for a quick heal.

I'm sure she'll come through it with no problems but Willow and I wish you an easy and quick recovery.

    Thinking of you Meadow.

I need to book Kismet in now for her spay, seeing as she won't be shown anymore. She also needs a little tooth extracted at the dental specialist, so maybe I can get both done at the same time - don't want to add more stress, she already hates the vet soooo much. But I think I'll be waiting untli after Tully is better.
