I sure hope someone has found this darling little boy and contacted the right people by now, and if not may God help him get back to his family. I don't know a thing about the area where he was lost, but I sure hope there is a shelter nearby. That is where I would contact first if I was the mother. He has been gone a whole month now, which is worrisome.

Yes he is still missing, this is the flyer Aimee made up with contact info, as of last night they did have a sighting. It was about 5 miles from where he was lost, unfortunately its heavily wooded, and not too many houses or foot traffic... here is the contact info,

I'm trying desperately to get the word out about my missing dog. His name is Reagyn and he's been missing for 6+ weeks. Reagyn is a 5.5 year old blue merle (gray, white, tan with black spots in the gray) sheltie (miniature collie) about 40 pounds and 17 inches tall. Reagyn was lost on 6/29 at around mile 406.8 on the Blue Ridge Parkway on Mount Pisgah, NC. He was seen a few days later at the Mt Pisgah campround and the last sighting was on 7/5 at around milepost 409 near Frying Pan Mountain. He could be in the Brevard, NC/Hendersonville, NC/Asheville, NC area. He is microchipped, neutered, and desperately in need of medical care. He was last seen wearing his collar. If spotted, PLEASE DO NOT CHASE (he is very scared and will run). Please call Aimee at 321-443-4317. Thank you very much! The sooner we can get some sightings the sooner I can bring him home.

I pray that he is found soon. The owners must be going out of their minds with worry.
