Willow and I had to make our own fun at the park this morning as no other dogs were there. We played the Pride Rock game, we practiced our fire drill and generally had a fine time together. I love to watch her run, coat flowing in the sun.

Ruler of the rock surveys her domain.

Fire drill, stop, drop and roll.

    Slow-motion race to the rock.

Great to see you can make your own fun! I LOVE the stop, drop and roll! What a great trick. She always looks so proud of herself.

Oh man, Willow is just awesome! Love the drop and roll skills, she is so talented

I shouldn't really say this as it will lose the last bit of pride I've got. I took Monty to the field a few weeks ago and tried to train him to lay down. He did it once so I gave him a treat, he noticed I had got the treat from my pocket so he ran and jumped at my pocket, he managed to hook his foot in my pocket and pull my jeans down in the middle of the field...............If only Monty was as willing to learn as Willow......

Oh wow, that made me laugh. I have it easy with Willow as she is very food focussed and yet doesn't steal. I have left lots of favourite foods at Sheltie height but she doesn't take things without permission. Well, except for the raspberries she's eating in the garden. She has learned how to pick the ripe ones and helps herself. I didn't train her for ignoring food not given to her, it's just the way she came wired.

So fun to see Willow doing the STOP-DROP-ROLL! You could take her to a school to teach little kids what to do in a non threatening way! Go Willow! Good job!

Oh my....hilarious Darren! Hope no one else was around to see that!
I'd say that should go in the next edition of the Monty chronicles but not sure if that would be allowed lol.
