I've been wanting to try to make Charlie Bears and I tried it out today and this was my result. I used my Pyramid Pan and I ended up making approximately 6 cups and each one is roughly .6 calories each.Ingredients are:
1 pound chicken livers, puréed
1 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp baking soda
Baked for 20 minutes at 350 degrees and then they popped right out. I then put them back in oven for 5-10 minutes to finish drying out. Very dry and crunchy. Cost me maybe $5 to make.
The dogs absolutely love them!
