So I have not had many Sca flyball posts lately as he has just done well and gathered points.

So an update and not all good

He is maybe up to Sheltie #65 with the latest points added he will be over 26000. However we got a lot less than hoped for. At the Athens tournament he started to slow on Saturday and was just not himself. So we pulled him. With rest, an anti-inflammatory and pain pill he did OK on Sunday though was not his confident self (and we cut him from his 1/2 team). I am 90% sure that what happened is that he jammed his shoulder getting out of the motorhome. When I have it on levelers the step down from the 4th step can be high. I have a nice sturdy and big fold out step but both of them think it is a monster and avoid touching it :rolleyes2:. So rather than have him go down and pull a 90 I just left the step inside (I actually like it for me). He was refusing to jump out after the morning and I would have to lift him in and out.

Then his dog stretcher has left so I was hoping to get him in this week to get checked but that is not happening probably. Of course now home he is on a tear again so it might be nothing got knocked out of joint, though I want him checked.

Oh and I am also searching for a ramp I can put out for the guys. Needs to fold up and store. Sca hates stairs anyway and always has.

I've seen these type ramps in the store- not sure how much they run or what length you'd need. I've been contemplating getting one for Cran so he can get in his crate himself.

sorry to hear that Sca had a bummer weekend- hope that he's ok now.....

I looked at those on Amazon I would need a fairly long one or have it only do the outside steps. He is such a wimp on steps he was leaping to avoid the last few on the steps up to the arena. So I was taking the handicap path for him.... nope not spoiled.
