Here we are a week and a half away from May and instead of April showers we have April flurries, not that Willow objects.

Here are a few shots from our morning promenade.
    Starting out:

    Hey, Dad, what's keeping you?

No, I wasn't eating all the snow, honest.

And through the forest, we go.

Waiting patiently for Dad to stop playing with his phone camera.

Such wonderful photos - honestly Glenn you have such lovely places to walk there! So very scenic and peaceful looking. Sorry about the late snow - we had a mini-heat wave here in the low 80's which is way too hot too soon, blew out my roses. Hope it's not a harbinger of a really hot summer again, we've had almost no rain this winter.

Yuck! That looks horrible...snow in April! Seems everyone is getting bad weather!
Even Willow doesn’t look very happy lol!

Well, you'd think that but she was just annoyed that I wasn't keeping up. LOL She still loves the snow, especially if she gets a chance to eat her body's weight in fresh snow. I don't like her eating masses of it as it means I play yard doorman for her to go out and eliminate all that frozen water.

You are so lucky to have such great places to walk! Your photos are just beautiful, of course, with the perfect model, how can you go wrong? We have cold today, but thankfully no white stuff!!!

I can remember many April snows in Ohio and Indiana. Willow looks as if she's taking everything in Sheltie stride.

What gorgeous places to walk though, snow does look beautiful and the contrast is great against Sheltie fur.

Brrr, yep someone hit the cold setting over here too. The news listed the weather for the ANZAC dawn service tomorrow it will be -1C here and 23C in Darwin. Supposedly the frosts don't start until after ANZAC day but it started a month earlier this year.

I can understand eating her body weight in snow as Piper is addicted to snow and feels he must gobble it up as fast as he can! You’d think it was his last meal!
