Summer Clothes

Finally got to doing baths for everyone to help speed up the shedding cycle and some much-needed grooming. Naturally, the girls with the great coats -- Lacey, Ruffles and Flurry -- are the ones retired from showing. Misty, the show dog, has decided she'd like the Smooth Collie look for the summer.

Oh I don’t do all five at once, I’d be in bed for a week! It’s a week-long project. I do one bath and trim a day, and then a final brush-out of all five. Sometimes I split that up too depending on how much fur is coming out. Superwoman I’m not!

Ann, I think you are underestimating your powers. I have never heard or seen your pack looking anything but like they just finished attending the Best in Show ring. They always look fabulous .
