Is she symmetrical enough to compete in conformation?

Is what symmetrical enough? Coat pattern generally doesn't matter, if you are talking about the white areas. Lots of dogs have broken or totally missing collars, one or more colored legs or feet, it doesn't matter.

Have her evaluated by a breeder that has experience in that venue, and they should be able to tell you more.

We would need a different photo to evaluate her for conformation. Preferably one of her stacked from the front and the side. You aren't looking at symmetry. You are looking at how closely she matches the breed standard. That involves expression, structure, movement, coat, and bone.
Was this puppy sold to you as a potential show prospect?
I would say based on the photo her eye is too round, but that is only one fault.
