We usually take the dogs on Sunday to a bluff top open area where they can roam off leash. It overlooks the ocean. We stop and take in the view and fresh air along the way. Meadow decided to tuck herself underneath Uncle Eli while he gazes out to sea! Silly dogs.

Yep, no real four seasons here, our rainy season is now through April, winter is our major planting time when things turn green. I love the big beautiful trees where a lot of you folks live!!!

Love the photo...and what a patient soul Eli is...Meadow is blessed to have him as her "uncle". :) The sunshine and ocean breeze sure look inviting compared to our cold grey skies and ice and snow!
Meadow finding a happy underneath place reminds me of one of our Yorkie rescue girls who hated rain and figured out if she stayed under our big smooth collie boy, Kinnon, that she could stay dry while outside doing her business. It was their routine on rainy days...Kinnon was such a sweetheart and always took it as his job to take extra special care of the tiny ones.
