Willow is pretty good about communicating how she feels. This morning we had a flashback to her puppyhood. She and I went walking in the light rain and came back wet. She loves being towelled off and was completely charged up after I dried her, grabbing toys and then running full out in the house. Yup, those zoomies came back today and we all enjoyed watching her bounce off the loveseat to tear around the dining room table and chairs and repeat...

It is amazing how much joy is contained in that little furry body.

Just brings such a warm feeling, doesn't it? I don't know how we would have coped in this dispiriting time except for the dogs. Willow is such a love.

Oh yes...that towelling off seems to charge them up somehow :ROFLMAO:! I agree, very challenging in the house! My guys would love to but with the hardwood floors I always put a stop to it lol.

Destin loves the towel and being dried off.
I was taking my towels out of the dryer and folding them- suddenly I had an audience. I had to tell him that he wasn't wet and didn't need a towel:winkgrin:

Layla still frisks down the driveway, chasing her stick. Up...much more slowly.
