Hope it's a good year for the team! I helped videotape my trainer's run (and she made it...twice!).

The "tryout" is pretty interesting. You're sent a course map, and you videotape yourself running it and send it in. Technically you could run it as many times as you want (though my trainer only ran it once!), which I thought was interesting.
