I gave the Bully Buddy a try for my boys.
    Wow! What a hit!

I got a bit concerned as Liam went so crazy it made his gums bleed! Needless to say, took them all away after 15 minutes!

My two are chewing away as I type this...in another room and I'm not scared they are going to sword swallow the stick.

1 package Bully Sticks from Costco: 34.00
    Two Bully Buddies: 50.00
    Two safe happy shelties: Priceless

Just curious, d you ever see such aggressive chewing that gums bleed? That is why I took them away. Liam got that crazy! I may just limit to 15 minutes at a time!

No, but my aggressive chewer has always had stuff to chew or he chews baseboard and drywall..... :)

I would look at it like going to the dentists for a cleaning if you haven't flossed - Liam was getting a good 'cleaning' by his Bully Buddy 'hygenist' after not flossing. Limit the first week or so, I find that now I can load up a bully stick and it will last a week and they just lay around the house and he chews as he desires. If I take them away (we have 2) and then load them up, he will sit all night and chew at one. As I see them laying around, I occassionally pick up, ensure the sticks are tight and not able to move at all and then leave them be.

Kooper is not so much into it as Brodie; even the small amount he chews has made an impressionable difference in his teeth and no more bad breath!!!!
