Definitely a bi-blue - no tan markings. Brooke is a bi-black - black and white only, no tan.

Bi blue. Blue merle would have some tan or brown, while a bi blue is strictly black, white, and grey.

Thanks all. That was my best guess but wanted to check with the experts.

    She's here! She's adorable.

BUT she has the tiniest little bit of brown on her tail between the gray and the white. Her papers say bi blue. Doesn't that brown make her....something else???

Oh and I don't care a whit. I just know someone will want to talk about her coloring and I don't want to be an idiot. LOL

I have a gray one now....cryptic blue they told me he is. Gray white and brown around his eyes.

Hmmm, I'm not an expert - I'm not sure if there's a "threshold" for how much brown/tan it makes to make a dog a blue merle instead of bi-blue, but I think that little spot WOULD make her a blue merle.
